Jamie is without a doubt the number one realtor in my eyes she not only goes above and beyond to help you but is a fantastic judge of character. I have been in the US 4 years and she found me my first Rental house, then my dream house with everything I wanted pool, back yard and lots of space for a great price. Then she rented it within one day of putting it on the market. Also sold my cousins house and got my parents their dream vacation homes. Honestly there is not a better person out there to help you with what you want and she is permanently smiling and happy and even drops off treats on holidays to my daughter. Jamie you are a great friend and AMAZING at what you do. Thank you for everything!!!

Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are a real estate team that exemplifies professional excellence. Not only were they detailed enough to cover every facet of the contract process in house at Michael Saunders and Company but also they offered additional services like staging and advice on how to promote our house to its fullest potential. The house was photographed so well it was purchased on the first day it was on the internet. Because of their diligence and dedication we were able to make a smooth transition between the two homes as they were both buying and selling agents for us. Jamie was wonderful. She had sold us a house and an investment property. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, goes beyond what most realtors would do, takes care of the smallest details and the list goes on! She was such a wonderful realtor who really was looking out for our best interests.

Our experience with Jamie Van Vliet was exceptional!. She is professional, efficient and caring. She listens to what your needs are and will not stop until she finds exactly what you are looking for. We had 30 days to find a house in this area. Jamie selected the home with everything on our checklist . She helped us through the entire process and made the purchase a very easy one for us. When it will be time to move Jamie is the only person we will think of to sell our current home and help us find a new one.
