Jamie and Chris Van Vliet are professional and detailed. They worked together non stop to make sure that we were able to sell our house during the Christmas season. Jamie did such detailed work in the staging of our house that we were able to sell it by showing it online to out of town customers on the first day of the listing. Chris Van Vliet worked tirelessly with us night and day to make sure all paperwork was done in a timely manner and made the selling smooth for us. I highly recommend the team of Jamie and Chris Van Vliet to anyone who is serious about buying or selling a house. This is the second time we have had their assistance in making our changing dreams come true. They are outstanding!

. Our house has been full all weekend and it was wonderful! My heart is full and I am just overwhelmed with gratitude. God has been so kind to us. We didn't realize how important it would be to have an agent with us for new construction, but thank goodness you were there to negotiate all the extras for us. You called to encourage us and went to the walk-through with us and you were there for the closing and we are so appreciative. I am writing to express what a wonderful experience I had working with Jaime Van Vliet on the purchase of my new home in Indigo. She helped me to feel very confident that I was in good hands, and that she would take care of any difficult situations that might crop up. She was there 15 minutes after she was called, and informed her that I was interested in buying this house. Her exuberance was infectious. She took over and discussed things with the agent for Neal Homes. From the beginning, I knew that anything that Jaime took care of for me, would go well. She and her Hubbie even showed up with a beautiful house gift for me, after I moved in. Jaime also represented my son when he bought a home in Central Park. That's when I first met her, and they also expressed how well Jaime took care of them.
