Jamie Van Vliet is such an AMAZING lady!! We are SO THANKFUL that we were referred to her! Looking for a house in Florida (while we were still living in SD) and doing all the buying process online and over the phone can be quite daunting, but God connected us with the perfect Realtor! It looked like there were many bumps in the buying process road, but Jamie helped smooth out all those difficulties. Miracles happened! With the favor of God and with Jamie’s wonderful Realtor savvy, we purchase a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood for $15,000.00 less than what we offered to pay for it. To make things even better, she helped our brother who moved here from Branson, MO, find and buy his house at awesome deal too. Not only do we absolutely love our amazing home, but we cannot say enough about how incredible Chris and Jamie have been to work with. This is our third time utilizing their outstanding services, and we intend to always choose their team for any real estate needs in the future. I have been working with Jamie (first) and Chris since 2014. She helped us find a home in a new area and got us a great deal of a house when we only had 2 weeks to find one. After 3 years, we decided to move again at Christmas,. (Challenging). It was a contingency sale from ours to the one we really wanted. We put in an offer and was accepted in 1 hour for the house we wanted. We sold our house in one DAY on the internet. Jamie and Chris worked hard to make sure we got the house we really wanted. We do not at this time have plans to move but if we do there is no doubt in our minds who we will call. Jamie is an amazing listener. She will take your wants and get to work to find it. Extremely organized and focused, she and Chris will do what is needed. She is creative, trying to find solutions to challenges on the way. I am so happy in my home. Thank you Jamie and Chris

Jamie was phenomenal to work with! She was so patient with us as we looked at property after property. She was attentive to our needs, likes and preferences in all she did. She has so much joy in what she does that she makes the house-hunting process seem like an afternoon of carefree shopping. Jamie knows the market, neighborhoods, and most of all her clients! After several months of looking, we are now enjoying our brand new home! We highly recommend Jamie to all of our friends - she gets the job done with a smile!

Jamie is one of the best if not the best realtors I have ever experienced she not only got me my first rental then found me my dream house with a pool and backyard for a great price she then helped my parents purchase two condos also help to sell my cousins house, She then rented my house after one day of it being on the Internet and always does this with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble for her I would strongly recommend her to any of my friends or family that I'll looking for a realtor because she is the best thank you Jamie for everything you have done for me and my family !!!
